ALBERT HALL FUNCTION SUITE

WEDDINGS & OTHER FUNCTIONS –

Sole use of Mike Sheridan Room, Albert Hall, foyer, kitchen and toilets

Non-Refundable Deposit	£100
Hirer Charge	£400 1½ days – 12 noon day 1 to 12 midnight day 2
Extra hours for next day clear-up	£15/ hour – between 9am – 11am

DEFINITIONS

A block = 5 hours

Commercial – Individual or organisation running the session intends to make a profit for their own benefit from the use 
of the Hall by charging attendees. 

Agency – (Cll, CNPA etc.)  usage paid for by agency.

Community – The local individual, local group or local organisation running the session do not intend to make a profit for
their own benefit.   If any profit is made that profit is returned into the group for the benefit of the group.  
Eg PROBUS, History and Horticultural Clubs, Bridge Club, etc.

Regular Community User -  namely 4 or more occasions of use during a month.

HALLS USERS

Please ensure the Treasurer knows if you do not intend to take up a booking as soon as possible.
