The Victoria and Albert Halls have a great selection of AV and other equipment available to hire, including projectors, microphones, lighting and more. You’ll find some of our items and rates listed below, but if there’s something specific you’re after that’s not on the list, just get in touch – we might have it, or we’ll do our best to help you find it.

Projector and Screen - £10 per day

PA System (suitable for speech and background music) - £25 per day

Room Set Up/Clear Up - £15 per person per hour

Tea/Coffee with Biscuits and Cakes - £4 per person per serving
